The hotel's location was best possible, to leave the taxi with a market and stores within walking distance...
Everything great.

We had good time at riad Irene in our comfortable room. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful, we could get mint tea every moment we wanted it including on the sunny (but with shade) roof terrace with comfortable chairs to relax and tables to eat. The dinner served at the riad is very good and we smelled the delicious flavours during the cooking. Since it is a small riad and not all rooms were booked we had lots of privacy and we were able to sit in the nice 'salon de Maroc' next to our room for tea and to relax when coming 'home' .
Our room (the smallest one of the riad) was quite small, which was a bit of a disadvantage, but actually no problem since there was enough space to sit outside the room in the salon or at the middle square of the riad or on the roof terrace.

The room was large and had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, which was really convenient. the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. - the hotel's location was perfect, right by the Medina and the new city. It was easy to walk to the square, restaurants, and hamam.

Great family run Riad. You will be well looked after and the home-cooked evening meals are excellent. We'd definitely stay here again.

The Riad is beautiful and tranquil. A wonderful place to stay from the hustle and bustle of the alleys and souks. The roof terrace is the icing on the cake. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. A wonderful place to stay and highly recommended.
No key for main door or room door although no need to worry, staff very trust worthy but did feel guilty knocking the main door constantly for staff to let us in everytime we went out especially late at night. Also a better street/alley map would help as forever getting lost.

Having a wonderful place to go back to after a day in the Souks and relaxing in lovely surroundings. Zahir was a wonderful host to us. Breakfast was great
The location of Irene is complicated and further from the square than you think. The map Rhiad Irene gave us was fantastic but once you veer off that map it is very easy to get lost, maybe the Rhiadl could sell very good maps (not expensive) so people can go out with the hand drawn map and the bought map and feel more confident that they will return.

The owners were very nice. I felt like living in a family.
It can be difficult to find and the way to the Place Jamaa el Fna is very complicated specially at night.

At Riad Irene, I felt like I was staying with family. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Irene, Pascal, Zakia, and Abdou. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing advice on exploring the city and arranging transportation. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast was extraordinary. The location was convenient, with easy access to the lively souks and the Jardin Majorelle. Despite the initial shock of the narrow alleyway, I quickly embraced the authentic experience. The Riad Irene truly made my stay in Marrakesh unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience, friendliness, and cozy atmosphere.

We stayed at this wonderful riad for a few nights and were thoroughly impressed. The level of service was impeccable, from arranging our transfers to providing us with a personal map of the area. The staff, especially Zakia and Abdu, were incredibly kind and helpful with any requests we had. The riad itself is clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of the medina, while still being within easy walking distance to the central area. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with fresh fruits and orange juice. We would strongly recommend this riad.
Would recommend this hotel.

Quite noisy at night, however, it is Marrakech so can´t really complain.
